  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, ยฝ cup cottage cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  2. Prepare Baking Dish: Pour olive oil into a 9×13 inch baking pan and spread to coat the bottom.
  3. Add Chicken Mixture: Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake: Bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).
