Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, ยฝ cup cottage cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Prepare Baking Dish: Pour olive oil into a 9×13 inch baking pan and spread to coat the bottom.
- Add Chicken Mixture: Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
