  • 5 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

  • 1 teaspoon sliced scallions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Make Sauce: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, Creole seasoning, onion powder, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
