Description

These Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are a quick and easy weeknight meal that’s ready in just 15 minutes! Tender chicken pieces are pan-fried to golden perfection and coated in a flavorful garlic butter sauce with fresh parsley. Serve with your favorite sides for a satisfying and delicious dinner.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic (4 cloves)
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Prep Chicken: Preheat a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Cook Chicken: Add olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter to the skillet. Once the butter melts, add the chicken in a single layer. Cook for about 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet along with the minced garlic and parsley. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until the garlic is fragrant and the sauce is slightly thickened.
  4. Serve: Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Flavor Boost: For extra herb flavor, double the parsley. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for another layer of flavor.
  • Side Dish Ideas: Serve with lemon couscous (see instructions in notes), steamed vegetables, or your favorite sides.
  • Nutrition: Nutrition estimate is based on 3 servings and does not include added salt.
