			- 1 1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic (4 cloves)
 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
 
Instructions
- Prep Chicken: Preheat a 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
 - Cook Chicken: Add olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter to the skillet. Once the butter melts, add the chicken in a single layer. Cook for about 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
 - Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet along with the minced garlic and parsley. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until the garlic is fragrant and the sauce is slightly thickened.
 - Serve: Serve immediately.
