Description

This Creamy Chicken Alfredo Dip is a warm and cheesy appetizer that’s perfect for parties or game day. It features a rich and creamy Alfredo sauce with tender chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Make sauce: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Whisk in flour to create a roux. Add garlic and milk; whisk until smooth. Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add cheese and chicken: Stir in 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake: Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  4. Serve: Serve hot with crostini, broccoli, and your favorite vegetables for dipping.

  • You can use different types of cheese, such as Gruyère or Fontina.
