Ingredients
Scale
Popcorn
- 2 Bags of Light Butter Microwave Popcorn
Candy and Coating
- 1 to 1½ Cups Colored Sixlets
- 1 (11.5 oz) Bag White Chocolate Chips
- ½ Bag Marshmallows
- 3 Tb Butter or Margarine

Instructions
- Prepare Popcorn: Follow the instructions on the popcorn bag to microwave the 2 bags of light butter popcorn. Once cooked, set aside in a large mixing bowl.
- Make White Chocolate Sauce: In a saucepan, combine the corn syrup, butter (or margarine), and white chocolate chips. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture comes to a boil and the chocolate melts completely.
- Add Marshmallows: Stir in the marshmallows until they melt fully into the chocolate mixture, creating a smooth, creamy coating.
- Combine with Popcorn: Remove the pan from heat and pour the white chocolate mixture over the prepared popcorn. Gently mix to coat all the popcorn evenly.
- Add Sixlets: Fold in 1 to 1½ cups of colored Sixlets gently to avoid breaking the candies.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle some additional Sixlets on top of the popcorn for an attractive presentation. Allow the mixture to set slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can find the colorful Sixlets candies at Walmart and Joann’s baking aisle.
- The marshmallows add extra gooey texture to the coating but can be adjusted based on preference.
- For best results, mix the Sixlets gently to keep their shape intact.
- This snack is great for parties, movie nights, and festive occasions.
