Description

This Taco Spaghetti Casserole is a fun and flavorful twist on classic comfort food. It combines cooked spaghetti, chicken, and a creamy, cheesy sauce with taco seasoning and salsa for a delicious and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces thin spaghetti or angel hair pasta, cooked al dente
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
  • 2 cups Mexican blend cheese, divided
  • 2 cans (10 ounces each) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Fresh chopped cilantro for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, 1 cup of the cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning.
  3. Assemble and bake: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese. Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
