- 1 pound Fresh Strawberries, hulled and diced (ripe for sweetness)
Jalapeno Peppers
- 2-3 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and finely chopped (adjust based on spice level)
Other Ingredients
- 2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Powdered Fruit Pectin (or liquid pectin)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Dice strawberries, chop jalapenos.
- Cook Strawberry Mixture: Combine strawberries, jalapenos, sugar, lemon juice, and pectin in a pot. Stir.
- Boil Mixture: Heat the pot, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Thicken Jam: Boil for about 10 minutes until desired thickness.

- Jar Jam: Fill sterilized jars, seal, and cool.
- Store: Refrigerate for 3 weeks or follow canning for longer storage.
