Instructions
- Mix the Herb and Spice Mix: Combine all ingredients except olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Prepare the Dipping Oil: When ready to use, mix 1 tablespoon of the herb and spice mix with about 1/2 cup of olive oil. Add Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Storage: Store the remaining herb and spice mix in the fridge for up to a week. For longer storage, omit fresh garlic and refrigerate for up to 6 months in your pantry.
