- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Grease a 10×17 inch baking dish. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness (about ยพ inch).
- Bread Chicken: Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with whisked eggs and lemon juice, one with flour, and one with panko, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, pepper, and salt. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then dredge in flour, then back in the egg mixture, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
