Base Mixture

Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick foil and set it aside. This will make removing the bars easier once they are set.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large microwave-safe container, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and creamy peanut butter.
- Microwave Mixture: Microwave the mixture on high in 30 second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each interval until all the chips have melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add Marshmallows: Stir in the mini marshmallows until they are completely coated with the chocolate and peanut butter mixture.
- Transfer to Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Add M&Ms: Sprinkle the M&Ms evenly over the top of the mixture, pressing them down slightly to ensure they stick.
- Refrigerate: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and chill for about 2 hours or until the bars are firm and fully set.
- Slice and Serve: Once set, lift the bars out using the foil lining and cut into 36 bars.
- Store: Keep leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerated for freshness.
