- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
- 8 oz elbow macaroni noodles
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Place in the slow cooker and add enough Parmesan Garlic Sauce to coat. Cook on low for 4 hours, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). Shred or chop chicken and return to the slow cooker. Add more sauce if desired.
- Par-Cook Pasta: Cook macaroni in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Slow Cook Mac and Cheese: Add par-cooked macaroni, milk, Colby Jack cheese, and cream cheese to the slow cooker with the chicken. Stir well. Cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Serve: Top with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts, but adjust cooking time as needed.
- If you don’t have Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce, you can use another brand or make your own.
- For a thicker sauce, you can whisk in a cornstarch slurry (1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water) towards the end of the cooking time.
