			- 1 pound ground beef
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
 - 2-pound bag tater tots, cooked
 - 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
 
Instructions
- Preheat Broiler and Brown Beef: Set your oven to broil on high. Combine the ground beef, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and red pepper flakes in a large pan over medium-high heat. Use a spatula to break up the ground beef as it cooks. Cook for about 7 to 10 minutes until it is cooked through and no longer pink. Drain the excess grease from the pan.
 - Assemble and Broil: Spread your tater tots on a 9×13-inch baking sheet and top them with the ground beef and cheese. Broil your Totchos for 5 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
 - Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
 
Notes
- Tater Tots: You can cook the tater tots according to the package directions, or use leftover tater tots.
 - Seasoning: In addition to garlic powder and cumin, you can also season your ground beef with taco seasoning.
