- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions

- Make Maple Glaze: In the same skillet, combine remaining olive oil, maple syrup, lemon juice, cornstarch, garlic, ginger, and water. Whisk until cornstarch is dissolved and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Glaze and Serve: Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the glaze. Serve immediately.
