Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (12 oz) packages beef kielbasa, sliced into thin rounds
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled, washed, and cut into small cubes
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 red onion, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, to taste
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Sauce, for serving (optional)
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Slice kielbasa, chop potatoes, bell peppers, and red onion.
  2. Season Vegetables: In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add bell peppers and onions, and toss with additional seasoning and oil.
  3. Assemble and Bake: Spread the seasoned vegetables on a greased baking sheet. Top with sliced kielbasa. Bake at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for 30-40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and kielbasa is browned.
  4. Serve: Drizzle with Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Sauce (or your preferred sauce, like BBQ sauce) and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.

Notes

  • You can use any type of kielbasa you like, such as pork or turkey kielbasa.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables to the sheet pan, such as carrots, broccoli, or Brussels sprouts.
  • If you don’t have Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing Sauce, you can use another brand of Asian-inspired sauce or make your own.
