- 3/4 cup hot honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon hot honey
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce

Instructions
- Prep and Preheat: Preheat air fryer to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil or spray with nonstick spray.
- Crush Cornflakes: Crush cornflakes into small pieces using a rolling pin or a food processor. In a bowl, combine crushed cornflakes with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare Egg Wash: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with 2 tablespoons of hot honey.
- Coat Chicken: Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then dredge in the cornflake mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
- Air Fry: Arrange coated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Make Sauce: While chicken is air-frying, combine hot honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper (if using) in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Make Spicy Mayo: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, hot honey, and sriracha sauce.
- Assemble and Serve: Toss air-fried chicken nuggets with the hot honey sauce. Top with spicy honey mayo and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts.
- Adjust the amount of hot honey and sriracha to your preferred spice level.
