Instructions

- Coat Carrots: Drizzle half of the honey glaze over the carrots on the baking sheet. Toss to evenly coat all pieces. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, tossing again to distribute the seasoning. Spread the carrots out into one even layer for roasting.
- Roast Carrots: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the carrots for 15 minutes. Remove and toss the carrots to ensure even cooking, then continue roasting for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until carrots are tender and browned on the bottom.
