- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)

- 2 cups cooked rice or noodles
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix cornstarch with water to form a slurry and set aside.
- Cook the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion for 2 minutes, then add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the Broccoli: Stir in the broccoli and add ¼ cup water. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
- Pour the Sauce: Stir in the honey garlic sauce and let simmer for 2 minutes. Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Serve: Remove from heat and serve over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
