For the McGriddle Bites:
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked
- 2 cups protein pancake mix, such as Kodiak
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Mix Batter: In a mixing bowl, prepare pancake batter. Add cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and maple syrup. Mix well.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon batter into each muffin cup, filling 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 18-23 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cool and Serve: Allow to cool, then remove from tin. Serve warm with maple syrup.
