Description

This Garlic Parmesan Steak Tortellini is a quick and easy one-pan meal that’s bursting with flavor! Tender steak bites, cheesy tortellini, and fresh vegetables are cooked to perfection on the griddle and tossed in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. It’s a satisfying and delicious dish that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 strip steaks, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 large zucchini, cut into smaller pieces
  • 10 oz grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 (19 oz) bag frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1/41/2 cup water
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
  • Heath Riles’ Garlic Butter Seasoning, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Cut steaks and zucchini into bite-sized pieces, and slice the onion.
  2. Cook on Griddle: Heat a griddle over medium heat. Add oil, vegetables, and steak. Season everything with Heath Riles’ Garlic Butter Seasoning.
  3. Cook Tortellini: Add frozen tortellini to the griddle along with ยผ – ยฝ cup of water. Cover with a griddle dome or lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until tortellini is tender.
  4. Toss with Sauce: Stir in Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce and remove tortellini from the griddle.
  5. Finish and Serve: Continue cooking vegetables and steak on the griddle until done to your liking. Top cooked tortellini with vegetables and steak. Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you don’t have a griddle, you can use a large skillet.
  • Adjust the amount of water for the tortellini depending on your griddle and desired consistency.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables, such as mushrooms or bell peppers.
