- 2 strip steaks, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 large zucchini, cut into smaller pieces
- 10 oz grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 (19 oz) bag frozen cheese tortellini
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup water
- Shredded Parmesan cheese, for garnish
- 1/4 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
- Heath Riles’ Garlic Butter Seasoning, to taste
Instructions
- Prep Ingredients: Cut steaks and zucchini into bite-sized pieces, and slice the onion.
- Cook on Griddle: Heat a griddle over medium heat. Add oil, vegetables, and steak. Season everything with Heath Riles’ Garlic Butter Seasoning.
- Cook Tortellini: Add frozen tortellini to the griddle along with ยผ – ยฝ cup of water. Cover with a griddle dome or lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until tortellini is tender.
- Toss with Sauce: Stir in Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce and remove tortellini from the griddle.
- Finish and Serve: Continue cooking vegetables and steak on the griddle until done to your liking. Top cooked tortellini with vegetables and steak. Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Notes
- If you don’t have a griddle, you can use a large skillet.
- Adjust the amount of water for the tortellini depending on your griddle and desired consistency.
