Potatoes
- 5 medium-sized potatoes, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
Chicken
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce, enough to cover the chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and cube the potatoes. Spray the crockpot with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Add the cubed potatoes to the crockpot and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then stir well to evenly coat the potatoes with the seasonings.
- Season the Chicken: Cube the chicken breasts and place them in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Add the minced garlic and mix thoroughly. Pour enough Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken to cover all pieces evenly.
- Cook in the Crockpot: Add the seasoned chicken with sauce on top of the potatoes in the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is fully cooked through. Stir occasionally if possible to mix the flavors.
- Add Cheese: Once cooked, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the chicken and potatoes. Cover the crockpot again and let the cheese melt for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Serve: Serve the Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes hot. For extra flavor, optionally top with ranch dressing before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning quantities to your taste preferences for spiciness and flavor intensity.
- Ensure the potatoes are evenly coated with the olive oil and seasonings for maximum flavor absorption during cooking.
- Check the internal temperature or doneness of the chicken before serving to ensure it is fully cooked and safe to eat.
- You can substitute other types of cheese if desired, but mozzarella melts best in this recipe.
