Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, minced garlic, and salt. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.
- Air Fry Chicken: Preheat air fryer to 380ยฐF (190ยฐC), if necessary. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers. Arrange skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray, if desired. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Make Garlic Parmesan Sauce: While chicken cooks, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Serve: Brush cooked skewers with garlic Parmesan sauce and serve hot with extra sauce for dipping, if desired.
