- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 4–5 small/medium-sized potatoes, washed, peeled, and cut into small cubes
- Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (for potatoes)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (amount to taste)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prep and Air Fry Potatoes: Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Air fry at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking.
- Cook Chicken: While the potatoes cook, cut the chicken into cubes. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Combine Ingredients: Once the chicken is cooked, add the minced garlic and Garlic Parmesan sauce to the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken. Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Melt Cheese: Top the mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese. Broil in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Alternatively, cover the skillet with a lid and let it sit on the stovetop until the cheese melts.
