- 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook Potatoes: Boil baby potatoes until fork-tender. Heat a griddle over medium heat and add potatoes with olive oil. Smash potatoes with a spatula. Add more oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until crispy, flipping occasionally.
- Cook Steak: Cut strip steaks into bite-sized cubes. Season with Montreal Steak Seasoning and cook on the griddle to your desired doneness.
