  • Montreal Steak Seasoning, to taste
  • 24 oz baby potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook Potatoes: Boil baby potatoes until fork-tender. Heat a griddle over medium heat and add potatoes with olive oil. Smash potatoes with a spatula. Add more oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until crispy, flipping occasionally.
  2. Cook Steak: Cut strip steaks into bite-sized cubes. Season with Montreal Steak Seasoning and cook on the griddle to your desired doneness.
  3. Make Garlic Butter: Turn off the griddle heat. Add butter and minced garlic to the steak side. Stir until butter is melted and combined.
