- 3 medium avocados, cubed
- 3/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1 medium jalapeño pepper, minced
- 2 medium limes, juice only

Instructions
- Mash Avocados: Cut avocados into large pieces. In a large bowl, mash avocados with a fork to your desired consistency.
- Add Lime and Salt: Add salt and lime juice to the mashed avocados. Mix well.
- Dice Vegetables: Dice tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro (if using).
- Prep Jalapeño: Wear gloves. Remove seeds and white membrane from jalapeño (for less spice) and mince.
- Combine: Add tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño to the avocado mixture. Mix until combined.

- Substitute serrano peppers for jalapeño for a spicier guacamole.
