  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature

  • 3 tablespoons (24g) cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup (21g) cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup (85g) dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. (Note: Turn down to 350°F before baking.) Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolate and butter until smooth and glossy. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Batter: Beat eggs and sugar until pale and thick. Fold in warm chocolate mixture.
  4. Add Dry Ingredients: Sift cornstarch, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Stir into chocolate mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
