- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 packets chicken gravy mix
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

- Pour and Cook: Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours.
- Shred and Serve: After 5 hours, remove the lid and stir the chicken and gravy, breaking the chicken apart as you stir. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
Notes
- You can use chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts, but adjust the cooking time accordingly.
- If you don’t have chicken gravy mix, you can use a brown gravy mix or make your own gravy from scratch.
- For a thicker gravy, you can add a cornstarch slurry (1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water) towards the end of the cooking time.
