- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (177ยฐC). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

- Pour and Top: Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and cheese. Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the top.

Notes
- You can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts, but adjust cooking time as needed.
- For a more flavorful dish, you can use homemade chicken broth instead of milk in the sauce.
- Consider adding frozen vegetables, such as carrots, peas, or green beans, to the casserole for a complete meal.
