- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt + black pepper
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven and Roast Tomatoes: Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes until blistered.
