Italian Sausage:

2 cups,Worcestershire Sauce:

- Cook Sausage: Add the sausage meat to a soup pot. Cook until browned (about 10 minutes), breaking it up with a spoon. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same pot, add butter, onion, and celery. Sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and flour. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Broth & Cream: Whisk in chicken broth, then add half-and-half, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, and potatoes. Return sausage to pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
