- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions
- Preheat and Cook Pasta: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
