Instructions

- Create Creamy Base: Slowly whisk 1 cup of broth into the roux. Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream. Pour this mixture into the soup pot.
- Shred Chicken and Finish: Shred cooked chicken and return it to the soup pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in parsley, if desired.
