- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 medium onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tablespoons water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep Chicken: Cut each chicken breast in half to create thinner cutlets. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Brown Chicken: Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on both sides (about 5 minutes per side). Remove chicken and set aside.
- Sautรฉ Aromatics: Reduce heat to medium. Sautรฉ onions in the skillet until translucent. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in poultry seasoning.

- Simmer Chicken: Return chicken to the pan, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and heated thoroughly.
