- 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- 3 ounces crab meat
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cherry tomatoes, diced

- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Make crab salad: In a small bowl, combine red onion, lime juice, cilantro, tomatoes, olive oil, crab meat, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Prepare avocado: Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Peel off the skin. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill and serve: Fill the avocado halves with the crab mixture and serve immediately.
Notes
- To prevent browning, brush or sprinkle the avocado with lime juice.
- Store leftover stuffed avocados in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
