For the Chicken:

- 2 TBSP of butter
For the Flour Mixture:
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and steak seasoning
For the Egg Mixture:
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
For the Gravy:
- 1/3 cup of grease from frying chicken
- 1/3 cup of flour
- 3 cups of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
