Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Divide it into eight equal pieces and roll each portion into a ball. Shape the dough balls into bagel forms by creating a hole in the center of each ball. - Add Toppings
Place your shaped bagels on parchment paper. Brush the top of the bagels with a whisked egg for a golden finish, then sprinkle sesame seeds or poppy seeds (or your topping of choice) over them. - Air Fry Method
