  • 3 medium Haas avocados, pit and skin removed (510 grams yield)
  • 6 tbsp red onion, diced (60 grams)
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeรฑo, seeds & veins removed, diced (15 grams)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (1 fl oz)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Avocados
    In a medium bowl, combine the avocado flesh, sea salt, and lime juice. Use a fork to mash the avocado to your desired textureโ€”chunky or smooth.
