- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions

- Make Sauce: Sprinkle flour over the mixture and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in beef broth and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in sour cream, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
- Combine with Noodles: Add cooked noodles to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Assemble Casserole: Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish. In a small bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and parsley. Sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake: Bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
