- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat and prep: Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix with your hands until just combined.
- Shape meatballs: Grease your hands. Use a tablespoon-sized cookie scoop to form 24 meatballs. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 15 minutes. Turn oven to broil and cook on the top rack until meatballs are golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC). Watch carefully to prevent burning.
