Instructions

- Cook Chicken: Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with a roasting rack. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly crispy. For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, grill or pan-fry the chicken.

Notes
- Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour, but longer marinating times will result in more flavorful chicken.
- Chicken thighs are recommended for their juiciness, but you can use chicken breasts if you prefer. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
- You can bake, grill, or pan-fry the chicken depending on your preference.
- Warm the pita bread for the best texture.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- To reheat, warm the chicken gently on the stovetop or in the oven. Avoid microwaving, which can dry out the chicken.
- You can freeze marinated raw chicken for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.
