- 3/4 cup croutons
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 batch Homemade Caesar Dressing
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside to cool.
- Prepare Chicken: Cook chicken breast using your preferred method (Instant Pot, slow cooker, or oven). Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Make Caesar Dressing: Prepare the Homemade Caesar Dressing (if not already made).
- Assemble Salad: In a large serving bowl, combine cooled pasta, chicken, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
- Dress and Serve: Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to combine. Serve cold or at room temperature.
