- 2 tbsp honey

Caesar Salad:
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 1/2 a lemon juiced
- Your favorite Caesar dressing
Others:
- Oil for frying
- 2 croissants
- Parmesan parsley butter (optional for croissants)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the wet batter and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare Dry Batter and Salad: Make the dry batter, cut lettuce, mix Caesar salad ingredients, and set aside.
- Heat Oil: Begin heating oil for frying.
- Bread the Chicken: Coat chicken in wet batter, then dry batter, and fry until golden brown and cooked through.
- Make Glaze: Heat butter, honey, and hot sauce for glaze; dip fried chicken in glaze.
- Assemble Croissant: Toast croissant, add Caesar dressing, fried chicken, and Caesar salad.
