Instructions
- Gather and prepare ingredients. Collect your antipasto components and chop, slice, or cube any items as necessary. Cheeses like Fontina, Havarti, and Manchego should be cut into bite-sized pieces, while vegetables like cucumbers should be sliced appropriately.
- Assemble skewers. Skewer a combination of meats, cheeses, olives, and vegetables onto large toothpicks, creating visually appealing combinations and balancing flavors on each skewer.
- Arrange wreath. Lay out the toothpicks in a circular wreath shape on a large round platter or serving board, ensuring even distribution of colors and ingredients for aesthetic appeal.
- Add herbs and microgreens. Tuck rosemary sprigs evenly throughout the wreath and sprinkle microgreens over the top to add freshness and a pop of color.
- Chill and serve. Transfer the assembled charcuterie wreath to the refrigerator until you are ready to serve, keeping it fresh and cool for guests.
Notes
- For the wreath I used salami, mozzarella, fontina, dill havarti, green olives, black olives, marinated artichokes, roasted red peppers, mini pickles, cherry tomatoes, rosemary sprigs, and microgreens.
- Using white cheeses alongside green and red ingredients creates the prettiest and most festive color combination.
