  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing (or ranch dressing)
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken recommended)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce, plus more for serving (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Optional garnishes: blue cheese or ranch dressing, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 450ยฐF (232ยฐC) with a pizza stone inside, if you have one. Roll out pizza dough to a 12-inch circle. If using a pizza peel, place the dough on it. Otherwise, use parchment paper or a baking sheet.
  2. Add Toppings: Spread blue cheese dressing over the dough. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce. Spread chicken over the cheese. Top with remaining mozzarella and crumbled blue cheese.
  3. Bake: Transfer pizza to the hot pizza stone (using a peel or parchment paper). Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
