- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 12 celery sticks, washed and trimmed
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 3–4 green onions, diced
Instructions
- Make Buffalo Chicken Salad: In a saucepan, combine buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat over medium heat until bubbling. Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and mix in shredded chicken until well coated.
- Chill: Refrigerate the buffalo chicken salad for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Assemble and Serve: Spread the chilled chicken salad onto the celery sticks. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and diced green onions.:
Notes
- You can use any type of cooked chicken you like, but rotisserie chicken is convenient.
- If you don’t have blue cheese crumbles, you can substitute with another type of cheese, such as feta or gorgonzola.
