Sweet Potatoes:
- 2 sweet potatoes, cut into small strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 10 oz romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup pickles, diced (optional)
- 1 cup shredded yellow cheddar cheese

Sauce:
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Roast Sweet Potatoes: Preheat oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC). Toss sweet potato strips with olive oil and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 40 minutes, tossing occasionally, until tender and slightly crispy.
- Brown Beef: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Assemble Bowls: Divide lettuce, cooked beef and onions, tomatoes, pickles (if using), and cheese evenly among three bowls.
- Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients.
- Serve: Add sweet potato fries to each bowl and drizzle with the prepared sauce.
Notes
- You can use any type of ground meat you like, such as ground turkey or chicken.
- If you don’t have sweet potatoes, you can use regular potatoes or another root vegetable.
- Feel free to customize the toppings with your favorite burger additions, such as bacon, avocado, or a fried egg.
