Ingredients:
- 2 pounds mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, chopped (or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss the mushrooms: In a bowl, toss the mushrooms with oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Roast: Arrange the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer on a baking pan. Roast in a preheated 400F/200C oven for about 20 minutes, mixing halfway through, until the mushrooms are tender.
