Description

  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a metal cooling rack on top.
  2. Season Chicken: Pat chicken drumsticks dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, paprika, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). In a large bowl, toss chicken drumsticks with olive oil and the spice mixture to coat evenly.
  3. Bake: Arrange drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
