Scale
- 3 (6-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (not regular yogurt)
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
Instructions
- Marinate Chicken: Combine chicken breasts, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder in a zip-top bag. Seal and shake to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat and Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9 inch or 2-quart baking dish. Place marinated chicken in the dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). If the cheese browns too quickly, tent with foil towards the end of the baking time.
- Serve: Serve hot with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or rice.
Notes
- You can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts, but adjust cooking time as needed.
- If you don’t have Greek yogurt, you can substitute with plain yogurt, but the sauce may be slightly thinner.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
- For a thicker sauce, you can add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the marinade.
