- 1 1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs or Panko
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Finely Grated Parmesan
- 2 Large Eggs

Pan-Fried Cooking Method:
- Canola Oil

Instructions
- Noodle Prep: Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, rinse, mix cheeses, eggs, and seasoning. Spread mixture on noodles, roll, freeze.
- Batter: Scramble egg, blend olive oil and bread crumbs, add Parmesan. Dip rolled lasagna in egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Air Fryer Cooking Method: Spray basket, place lasagna frittas, spray top, cook at 400°F for 8 minutes, flip, cook for 6-8 minutes. Serve with sauces.
