- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced (approximately 2 tablespoons)
- 2 Teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- To make the Romesco sauce: Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend/pulse until smooth and creamy, with a slight texture.
